Default HOA smacks down free speech

Washington woman gets complaint from HOA that she has too many chickens in

Woman registers her displeasure by honking her horn repeatedly, a dawn

When arrested, woman claims horn-honking is an exercise in free speech.

Convicted anyway.

Obviously the judge is in the pocket of the HOA.

Oh come on. This would have brought about a conviction no matter what
the precedent. The original city judge got it exactly right, this isn't
free speech it is harassment.
