I had the same reaction, and I'd toss flashlight, extension cord and the
ladder/stepstool too. All the safety gear (including a vapor-grade
respirator and hearing protection) should have been listed ahead of the
tools as being required (as appropriate) at all times. I'd also fold in
drill bits with the drill. As to additions, maybe a speed square and a big
assortment pack of wet-dry sandpaper.
