same as 0.0001 m. Supports the thesis that specifying units is important
if people MIGHT not know what you are talking about.

One of the Mars landers crashed on Mars because someone had forgotten to
specify the units properly (or someone else misunderstood). IIRC, this a
failure to communicate that there is a difference between metric and US
units.
