Start planning your new shop and tool purchases.. Think positive thoughts..
all that new uncluttered space.. and please post a picture of your new shop
when its done..!

After you finish with insurance company, if you have any advice for the rest
of us on dealing with them on tool replacement, etc., please let us know..
