Spam, not for 200$, but the spammer makes money.

The devil is always in the details. You can generate your own
electricity for $200, or even less. The only problem, of course, is
how much. The first pic of a solar panel on the above link generates
a whopping 80 watts. I'm sure you could also buy a single small
hobbyist solar cell at RadioShack for $10 or so too.
