Default Burning methane in furnace

On 2/8/2009 7:47 PM Willie The Wimp spake thus:

Care to venture an answer to the original question?

Sure; the original question being

If I could "wire" my furnace such that everything save the inducer motor
worked fine, given sufficient oxygen, ventilation, etc, should I expect
my CO-detector to issue a warning?

my answer would be "no".

Personally, I like Vista, but I probably won't use it. I like it
because it generates considerable business for me in consulting and
upgrades. As long as there is hardware and software out there that
doesn't work, I stay in business. Incidentally, my company motto is
"If this stuff worked, you wouldn't need me".
