Look it up. It's been researched and written about. We're going to have to
learn more about it before long, anyway, because medical costs will be the
big issue once insurance is dealth with.

Got any good keywords to suggest, Mr. Medical Editor? Googling "high
medical costs" gives me 49,000,000 entirely unusable hits.
