Thanks Doug. I confessed earlier in the thread to being a pilot. I
thought we were done with this thread but mm came in late and stirred it
up again. My patience with ignorance on this topic is used up. Not the
ignorance so much as the posturing of a few ignorant people, who somehow
love to brag about their misconceptions, and cling to them like a life
raft.
