He crossed the GWB at 1400 ft AGL. That is more than enough to clear the 604 ft
towers. He did not have to go up to do it.

Look, he did a first rate job. I'll fly with him anytime, anyplace. But, like
he said, he was just doing what he was trained and paid to do.
