Fuses in box get hot when using Kenmore Electric Dryer (only on heat cycle) - Update fouund some problems.

So here's my plan.
1) Buy a new meter, check Amps for both sides, if normal replace
fuse box. If not normal, then back to the dryer.......
I've got the $10.00 one. Seems sufficient for checking loads.
