None of them appear able to do basic maths.


If you actually calculate the effect of CFL's allowing for all the
issues,the impact is negligible.

I have just got 50% more fuel consumption out of 10 quids worth of new
spark plugs. THAT is value.
CFL's are not.

Take 'em back - and ask for some that give you 50% less fuel
consumption.
