Default How to make cutter discs for a food processor?

Upgrade to the Kenwood 350 and larger, they have the horsepower to run what
you want.

If you absolutely have to try it--no matter what anybody says:

Find some discs from something else that are the right diameter and see if
you
can change out the drive hub to fit your machine. Hit the second hand
stores
and flea markets---there were/are a LOT of things that use those discs. The
old hand crank Mouli came in at least 2 sizes, and you can buy them with a
full
set of discs for almost nothing.
