I just installed 2" foam this weekend, covered by wallboard as it
specifically says to do ON THE FOAM ITSELF.
If I am not mistaken, one of the burning byproducts is cyanide. So
unless you want to be in an Agatha Christie mystery novel, enclose the
foam.
