Sounds good! But have you ever tried to start a company and make it
successful? Sounds easy enough but until you try your hand in the business
world you have no idea how tough it is to make money in business. 90% of
all
new businesses fail in the first 3 years. So there you have your answer.
If
unions started their own companies most of them would fail and they would
just lose money. Why do you think most people work for others instead of
themselves?

Hawke,

Did you really mean to post that? I mean Unions prey only on the
successful and are
unwilling to take risk with union money. Such honesty, I just gained a
lot of respect for
you. Did you turn Republican recently?

aaah, wes??? based on course work, observation, and reading, it seems to me
that unions arise when management provides an environment that the workers
see as exploitive or unfair - when those doing the work are happy and feel
they are treated fairly, there is generally no unionization. Now, once
started, the process, being built on mutual antagonism and mistrust is very
difficult to reverse.
