Transformer ? Is it a valve/tube amp , or solid state ?

If it is valve, then the output transformer must be snafu for the cone to
come out. But chances are that it is a solid state amp, and the output
transistors are rooted. If it has been in 'cone in' condition for more than
a moment, there is a good chance the speaker is cooked too.
