Default Setback hermostat with Radiant Heat

I'm wondering if it would be best to use a set-back thermostat with
radiant heat. Currently all the rooms have bamboo flooring and it
works great. However, the thermostat is set at a constant 69. Some of
the rooms are only used for 2-3 hours once a day. Does anyone know if
it would be more economical to turn the heat down some when they are
not in use?
