Ever hear of Sheriff's auctions? Good buys out there if you do
your research. It's more than acreage, it has a good well and
septic system, major bucks around here.

And the issue is more than low cost. Looking for material I can
handle as an OF with a bum back. The reason I posted here
is that I know a lot of folks with a lot of experience read here and
I might *just* pick some little jewels of *ideas*, K?
