On laundry rooms and such..!

Ours are only 8 years old, and well takin' care of.... the doors
are falling down, not in the track, and very hard to control...

NOW... is it the wear and tear on the parts or just old tracks and
such and nevermind the age....

All the individual pieces and parts are available for standard
bi-fold doors even at the Borg. Have also seen rebuild kits that have
all parts a

nd
track.

OK fine....but how often do those doors /tracks/ rollers, go bad?

There is no weight there, and very little friction.

It should only take an adjustment to "fix" the doors.

True. It just depends on what they've been through over the years. A
single or adult couple they might last 20+ years. Something screws or
something loosens up and an adjustment may be all they need. Get a house
where you have a couple of boys rough-housing and thrown against them
and, well... "Laundry room sex" might do 'em in as well though.
