Yeah, those are the yucking fuppies who sell pints of bottled water in
flood areas for $25 apiece. Whenever the item isn't readily
available, the price skyrockets.

Suggest you keep an eye on Amazon, AbeBooks, and eBay for that book if
you want a copy. You could do a Wanted post on Craigslist, too.

It was offered in Enco's September "Hot Deals" flyer but - sigh -
they've now run out.
