Default what's the flame temperature of a gasoline stove? (pic too)

Those burners typically did not have a very high flame temp, even
getting a piece of steel red/orange hot took a long time. The flame is
quite diffused. But they put out a LOT of BTU's/ If you are trying to
preheat to the 600F range, these are great.

I want to use it to pre-heat (heat soak) a pretty large piece of steel,
prior to brazing some stuff to it...
