Perhaps it is something that could be handled with a couple 2 x 4's and
some "C" clamps or a rubber mallet. Perhaps some kind of fancy
pneumatic pillow:

I expect that the closer you get to 'like new' the more expensive the
repair. What are your expectations for the appearance of the repaired
sheet metal? Where is your pain threshold 'per dent' money-wise?
