Check out "aioe.org", it's a free
service that I use and I never see
a lot of Spam. The site has instructions
on how to setup various newsreaders.

Googlegroups also gets filtered out by a lot of wise people so the op's
posts do not get seen unless a less wise person responds to them.

I don't use Google Groups that much
because spammers can pick up your
E-mail address. The only time I use
GG is when I'm on a computer other
than my own and then usually just
to read posts.
