We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "R D S" saying
something like:

1.39 tonnes for a 5-bed fully insulated detached house with various heat
inputs and free biomass.
At least, when it's completed...
Right now, it's considerably more than that.
