Hey Ed, do you remember the movie Cool Hand Luke? Strother Martin had the
one memorable line in that movie that was, "what we have here is a failure
to communicate". Remember that? Well, that's what we have here. No matter
how well you present the facts Mr. Bonehead isn't going to get it. It's
