The job has been done and we're trying to get a handle on whether the

It's a door from a communal passageway in a block of maisonettes to
the rear garden area. The glass is obscured and wired safety glass.
All the woodwork has been replaced but the section of wall (bottom
right) was left unchanged. I *guess* it's "made to measure" but quite
a number of identical ones would have been done at the same time I think.

About £600-£1000 depending on the door.
In timber, a lot less if it isn't custom built, about £100 - £200 less if it
is, again depending on the door.
