If the GW Bush Presidency were to end today, what will he be most
remembered for by the world?

His rejection of the world's sympathy and aid after 9/11 and subsequent
split with the rest of the planet, his flouting of the UN, his unnecessary,
illegal and immoral war to avenge his daddy, and the biggest deficit in
recorded history.
