Default Audiovox VE920 blown chip U101, please help me ID it

On Sat, 9 Aug 2008 11:56:38 -0700 (PDT), Russell Salerno
put finger to keyboard and composed:

Hello all,

We have an Audiovox VE920 under-counter LCD TV that has a blown SMD
chip U101. When I say blown I mean the top was literally blown off of
it, rendering the markings pretty much unreadable.

I suspect it is a HEF4051B 8-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer
since it's right near two other of these on the PCB, namely U102 and
U201. I posted a pic of the chips in question at http://i36.tinypic.com/6p2gdg.jpg

Can anyone confirm that U101 is indeed also a HEF4051B? Or if not,
what is it?

Thanks,
Russ

I can't help with the number, but you may be able to help yourself by
working out how U101 and U102 interconnect. For example, do they share
the same Vdd, Vss, and Vee pins? Are their Enable pins common? Is the
Z input (pin3) common to both? Are the switch selects (A0,A1,A2)
common?

Here is the datasheet:
