(headers) file for this newsgroup is only 10,584,064 bytes, with 303
unread messages. There are some unread headers in the file, retained to

Hmm ... how can you be *sure* that a thread is finished? With
people finding old threads in Google and posting to them as though they
were current, things pop back to life from time to time -- often threads
which you would rather would stay dead. :-)
