The hard part is finding them; the biggest ad in the Yellow Pages
does not count as a plus either.

Usually just the opposite, since the good ones are usually sole prop's
and don't have big ads since they can't handle a big volume.

Recommendations help a lot if you know
someone that has had similar work done.
