I'm guessing the QTC is Fairchild Opto so this is probably some old
optocoupler.


I went to Mouser and searched 307AAP3 and got nothing.
On QTC I got mostly these guys,
http://www.mouser.com/phoenix.
One piece that came up was http://www.mouser.com/fairchildsemi,
and this was an opto device, but a sensor only.
Being a through hole device probably puts it at '96 or older, since
surface mount has taken over, so at 12 years this may be a junk/surplus
part and not even on any major site. Get some 20 year old data books and
you might find it.
