premiums, they are worth very penny and not as high as you are
imagining - for example not an order of magnitude larger than yours or
anything close to it.


Well, the bottom line that I was hoping to get to was that the
proportion of the NI stamp which goes to dentists is not beyond the
resources of most people

The amount that you pay for private health care at the level you say you
receive is well and truly beyond what most people could afford

but since you won't play the game ...
