Default Pencil post bed update #4

I got back on the bed I'm building over the past week and made some more
progress.
Two other tricks I learned from Charles Neal are building a collar for
the rails and routing the tenons with a straight bit and sealing the
nuts for the bed bolts in the rails with bondo....Yup bondo.
You never have to fuss with them again.
What you do is assemble the rail and post, tighten up the bed bolt then
slop the bondo in. For those who have never worked with bondo before it
has a very short working time and is sensitive to the amount of hardener.
When the bondo sets up back out the bolt and tighten in up again to free
it from the bondo. Bondo isn't an adhesive so the bolt won't be captured.
I also let the headboard into the posts.
