I've used them for band rehearsal spaces with no problems. One of
them had issues with kerosene heaters, which was understandable.

In some of the units here in CT, folks run air and power tools while
restoring boats and cars.

Make sure that you stress right up front that you want to do _hobby_
work there, and don't want to violate any rules. Some will allow it
some won't. Most won't allow work if they believe you're doing it as
a commercial business.
