There should be a timber tilting fillet fixed between the deck and roof

under the felt to avoid cracking when the said felt is turned up under the
presumably lead flashing - and not an ever increasing cement fillet.

You can only "repair" this sort of job a limited number of times before
even
the repairs become problematical - as what seems to happening here and the
poor old roofer is getting the blame.

So are you saying the poor old roofer has to patch it up with various pieces
and not one piece?
I've only just had it done 2.5 weeks ago and I caused a stink with the firm
hence it being done again now.
Slightly better but looks like some things have fell on deaf ears as the
whole reason for the complaint was of the nature it being patched and
affixed to the damn window sill so they can skimp on flashing.
