With OE the following two "News" rules catch 99.9% of it for me:

Got to TOOLS/MESSAGE RULES/NEWS on the menu bar and create two rukes

Apply this rule after the message arrives

Where the From line contains 'watches' or '.cn' or 'china' or
'googlemail.com' or 'watchec.com' or 'chinese' or 'cheap' or 'sina.com'
Delete it

Apply this rule after the message arrives

Where the Subject line contains 'Fake' or 'watches' or 'shoes' or 'china'
or
'tiffany' or 'cartier' or 'rolex' or 'POLO' or 'wholesale' or '****' or
'boobs' or 'penis' or 'viagra' or 'watch' or 'jeans' or 'sneaker'

Delete it
