Here in Texas, the UberSpecialists - the ones with the highest Malpractice
Insurance Premiums (and, thus, fees) - congregate in Dallas and Houston.
Rural areas - like where I live - attract Physicians who are willing to
charge less since the cost of living is much lower. G
