Plenty of framing lumber and drywall in stock.

Lumber yards are calling contractors looking for business.

Even labor rates are dropping.

Beats picking up splinters riding the bench.

Learned a new term tonight.

Seems the rain in San Antonio is being called "Orange Rain" right now.

Combination of rain and mud.
