We substituted a plasma cutter head on a robot welding arm to do
production run quantities of 3/8" aluminum plate cones intersecting with
4" schedule 40 aluminum pipe. That was a nasty set of angles! But it
sure was nice to let the welders ask for a little bit more or less bevel
in a specific spot, tell the robot operator, done deed.
