I would say that any gun owner who is willing to defend this country
(internally) should be considered part of the unorganized militia,
regardless of age or sex.
And a number of cases in the ADA and age discrimination laws can be
cited to raise the age limit quite well.

You could join those old farts who are trying to use that law to get into
co-ed teenager summer camps, too.
