You got a lot of service from the Sears gas mower. Not sure why your
mower decks are rusting away (do you clean/dry them off before storing
them?). You have a small area to mow so you can get away with a
simple push mower which will reduce the repair (compared to
self-propelled mowers). Consider a 4-cycle 4.5 HP gas-powered
mulching mower.
