That's election fraud - not voter fraud.

Voter fraud is when people vote more than once.
Election fraud is when voters are illegally excluded or votes are delibreately
mis-counted.

Voter fraud almost never happens. And matters even less. Election fraud should
be classified as treason, as it defeats the democracy we are supposed to have.

Funny, there have been just as many problems reported with paper
ballots as have been reported with electronic voting. Seems there are
huge problems with the counting equipment being able to accurately
read the marks, problems with wrong pencils being used, problems with
programming. There is NO fool proof voting system especially
considering the number of fools.
