I am looking for 80mm or over! Obviously the flutes can be standard
but I need a longer shaft..

If you're in the UK you could try J&Lwww.jlindustrial.co.uk. They list
1.5mm x 115mm and 1.5mm x 125mm in their printed catalogue. No 1mm
listed that long so you might have to ask them.
