The higher the multiplier, then more peace of mind you get.
I guess that's what Dolphin would want customers to think. My mum
made the mistake of letting one of their reps in some years back:
eventually a price was forced out of him (IIRC £5K for a corner
shower in a bedroom) and after that he was reluctant to leave.
