I gotta agree. I figure that anybody that would hang a set of chromed
plastic balls on their back bumper probably doesn't have a set in their
pants, and have a hard time believing that they wouldn't see that. But
then I continue to be underwhelmed by many examples of the species.

The brass ones are pretty popular here in the Central Valley of
California. Seen a couple women put them on their cars/trucks as
well. Usually on big assed 4x4s. Saw a tiny set on a VW bug.

The dayglo blue ones are a bit disconcerting. Says something about the
driver...not sure what..but something.....

As for most of the balls..they are not replicas of human genitalia,
but that of live stock. And thats not illegal. Else all the farm
animals along the roadside would be required to wear skivies.
