Zero, zip, nada, none.

Add one extra hydrogen atom to the middle of your beam, and there'll be
some infinitesimal amount of bending to go with it.

You need to ask how much load can you put on for a certain amount of
deflection. You also need to specify the length of the beam and how the
ends are supported. Finally, do you really mean three _feet_, as in
almost one meter?
