Have you tried replacing the cable from the computer to the monitor?
I don't know a lot about monitors but was having this problem with one
of the LCD projectors I work with and a bad VGA cable was the culprit.

nothing and there are no more electrolytics to replace. There is a
dynamic white circuit and a color temp circuit between the chroma IC
and the CRT board with the drivers. All check good. Any ideas? tia
