The only *"GUARANTEE" *is that the government will not interfere with or
obstruct your life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness .. .. ..nobody can
guarantee achievement of those, only the opportunity to attain them I
am sorry that you are caught up in some bad circumstances, I'm sure you
didn't ask for that situation, nor do you probably deserve them.

"LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" sounds like a
constitutional guarantee to me.
