The original Bill of Rights applied ONLY to the federal government.

A true miscarriage of Justice;
When territories sign on to become a State,they agree to follow the
Constitution;ALL of it,not just the parts they like.
The BOR -IS- part of the Constitution.

the judges that allowed this "Incorporation" nonsense to happen should all
be executed.

Once the 14th Amendment was passed, various bits of the BOR trickled
down to the states via the "incorporation" doctrine. These bits were
applied at various times.
