I wonder if the 1/4" accuracy at 100' scales (e.g., .025" at 10'), or if
it's always 1/4" (full-scale thing). If it's fixed, it would be too
limiting, but scaled would be plenty good enough.

I tested my TLM100 along side my 30' power lock in the hallway, and it
was always exact to the 1/8" with the tape.
