As a wee small bairn...I too (nearly) torched a Nash Rambler by
routing a plastic oil line too near something hot.

The cigarette lighter

When the line let loose...it came undone from under the dash, and
sprayed hot oil all across my private regions.

Deep fried cajones...as it were...
